1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional offers.
• Opened or used body mists and fragrances due to hygiene reasons.
• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
• Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product.
• Photos of the original packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Responsibility

For any exchange-related shipping, the customer is responsible for all return and re-delivery shipping costs.

However, if the exchange is due to an incorrect or damaged item sent by Elley Fashion Store, we will bear the shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds on purchased items.
• Eligible products may only be exchanged according to this policy.
• Refunds will only be considered if an ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.

6. Exchange Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-priced item.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
